Our Ebb & Flow project has been shortlisted in the Build to Rent/ PRS this year at the FX Awards.  

‍

Our most ambitious project to date, Ebb & Flow is a duo of mixed-use residential apartment buildings. Working alongside property manager Native Residential, Ebb & Flow lies within the flagship Station Hill development delivered by our client Lincoln MGT, a JV between Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management in the centre of Reading. The Vawdrey House was bought in as the operator of the scheme to inject Native's signature values to the interiors of both the apartments and communal areas.
